PRICES and REFUND POLICY
Included in the price: Custom installation on site, T1-11 siding with protective coating or primed Smartsiding, Heavy duty door hardware, Quality materials, solid brass lock, and a metal roof. 5 year warranty on the shed plus 7 year warranty for snow load and wind damage to the roof.

When you place an order with us we get started right away by ordering the materials for your Durabuilt Storage Barn. We require a 20% deposit at this time to cover the cost associated with this. We will not be able to return these items once ordered which makes the deposit non-refundable. The full cost of the Storage Barn is due, and non-refundable, at the time of completion at your site.
